In order to make a payment using your Mobile money transfer service, please go through the following steps depending on your service provider:
- Go to the M-PESA menu on your phone
- Select Pay Bill option
- Enter the following business number: 4017979.
- Enter XXXXXXXX as the Account Number (Unique automatically generated alphanumeric number during your order also known as the order ID)
- Enter the total amount (KSh xxxxxxxx)
- Enter your PIN and then send the money
- You will receive a transaction confirmation SMS from M-PESA
- Once payment has been received you will received a payment notification through e-mail and our customer care will call you to confirm the payment against your order has been received.
- Go to the Airtel Money menu on your phone
- Select To Make Payments
- Select Pay Bill option
- Select Others
- Enter the Business name: XXXX
- Enter the total amount (KSh XXXX)
- Enter your PIN
- Enter XXXXXXXX as the Reference and then send the money (Unique automatically generated alphanumeric number during your order also known as the order ID)
- You will receive a transaction confirmation SMS from Airtel Money.
- Once payment has been received you will received a payment notification through e-mail and our customer care will call you to confirm the payment against your order has been received.
To pay online via our platform partner, please select secure payment and confirm your order. You will be redirected to a secure page for your credit card details. Once payment is accepted, you will receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail.
