Please note all orders placed on our website have to be sent out within 3 days. Your delivery date can't exceed 3 days. Kindly note Alladin serves the right to change the courier and the delivery location if you chose the wrong one while checking out. Kindly note when you place an order we shall call you to confirm the time we shall deliver your order.
All orders placed will be delivered in three business days within Nairobi. All out of Nairobi orders placed shall be delivered the next 7th day if ordered before 11.am. Orders placed after 11a.m will be delivered after 2 days. (Except Sunday). Kindy note all orders that are to be delivered out of Nairobi have to be paid before delivery. Failure to pay will lead to your order being cancelled. This is because our courier only delivers for us and they do not collect money on our behalf. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday shall be delivered on the following Monday (within Nairobi). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday shall be processed on the following week by Tuesday (for out of Nairobi). Orders placed on public Holidays shall be delivered on the following working day. All order delivery details must be clearly specified.
